Initial Investment
The initial investment includes a franchise fee of $60,000 which will be paid to ConciER FSED Franchising, LLC.
Each ConciER™ FSED facility will have a different total initial investment. Some of these factors relate to market and site selection. For example, a parcel of land in Manhattan, NY will cost much more than a similar parcel in Manhattan, KS.
When you plan your facility, you will have many options which will substantially impact your total investment. Some choices include:
- Market: What is the average cost of suitable commercial real-estate in your selected market?
- Site: Which site do you choose in that market?
- Tenancy: Will you purchase the land or execute a lease?
- Building: Will you choose new construction or finish buildout on an existing commercial property?
- Equipment: Will you purchase or lease your capital equipment?
If you enter into a lease with our preferred developer on new construction and also lease your capital equipment, your initial investment is quite manageable. In this situation, this total initial estimate includes six months of working capital for the facility.
More detailed estimates are provided in our Franchise Disclosure Document.
ConciER Fees
Our royalty fee is 4% of net collected revenue each month. We also require each ConciER™ to execute a management services agreement for specific core services such as billing and coding.
Our Franchise Disclosure Document provides detailed estimates of ongoing operational expenses as well as a complete list of ConciER’s fees.
Net Worth and Liquid Capital
ConciER itself sets no specific minimum net worth or liquid capital requirements; however, to be able to open a ConciER FSED facility, franchisees must be able to demonstrate capital sufficient to open, equip, and operate the facility for a period of six months. The specific capital amount required for your facility will depend upon many variables, such as your location costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and hours of operation.
To be able to Own Your Own ER™, you’ll need to have sufficient working capital. For complete investment information, please contact us to Request Franchise Information.
Multi-Unit Purchases
ConciER will consider multi-unit sales to groups of physicians. Each ConciER FSED facility must be owner-operated. Please contact John Cereso, our Chief Franchising Officer, for more information about multi-unit opportunities.
