Executive Coaching

We know that you’re already an experienced emergency physician. You’re trained to save lives and make quick decisions. But in a business, the quickest decisions aren’t always the best ones. We’re dedicated to the success of your business, so we’ll give you access to the same sort of coaching that business executives receive. That is, we will assess your current leadership capabilities, help you build on your strengths and help you shore up the areas of opportunity. We’ll teach you to become the kind of leader that will make you successful in managing your new ConciER™ facility.

Initial Training

In addition to teaching you the skills you need to be a great leader, we offer a professional development program to teach you the foundations of running your new business. The basic elements of business, finance, and employee management are courses that we’ll teach you before your ConciER facility even opens. Even after you’ve grasped the foundations of business and leadership, we’ll follow up to make sure that you understand all that you need to.

Ongoing Education

After you become a franchisee owner of your own ConciER FSED, we’ll have annual meetings where you’ll be able to connect with your fellow ConciER physician leaders. But, in addition to networking, you’ll also have access to forums and ongoing education with any new techniques or opportunities that we’ve developed. With ConciER, you become part of a family, and when you become part of us, we’re willing to share our family secrets.
