As outside counsel, John oversees franchising compliance and provides general business counsel.

Mr. Cereso has extensive experience as a franchise attorney, having worked with dozens of franchisors and franchisees throughout his career. He is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising and with the International Franchise Association. Over the past several years, Mr. Cereso has focused the franchising efforts of his firm at finding start up franchises which need not just disclosure documents, but guidance and assistance with their overall business plan.

Mr. Cereso is a partner in Exardius Limited, providing total franchise management solutions to ConciER and other clients, based in Henderson, NV since 2007, and has owned his own law firm since 2004, currently known as the Nevada Law Group, Ltd., in Henderson, NV. He has also worked as an attorney during this time with other law firms. Mr. Cereso has previously worked as a self-employed consultant in the ticketing industry from 1998 until 2005 in Toledo, OH and has worked with numerous businesses, including the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo, the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, and the Fox Theatre, as well as having served in United States Air Force. Mr. Cereso is licensed to practice law in the States of Nevada and New Jersey in both Federal and State courts and with the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Cereso earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2003. He also holds a Masters Degree in Arts Administration (M.A.) from St. Mary’s College of Minnesota in Winona, MN, which he earned in 1996. Mr. Cereso completed his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Management (B.A.) from Webster University in St. Louis, MO, in 1994.
